Titanium is one of the few metals that can coexist peacefully with human tissues - it neither causes rejection reactions nor releases toxic ions. Therefore, titanium welded pipes are widely used in medical devices such as artificial joints, bone nails, and dental implants, which are difficult for stainless steel or cobalt-chromium alloys to completely replace.
